April Update from the Environment Agency

There are no significant changes to report this month. As outlined in our previous correspondence, we are currently seeking Local Levy funding to support initial property-level surveys this year. We expect to receive confirmation on whether this funding has been secured by July at the earliest. In parallel, we are continuing to progress the development of Natural Flood Management (NFM) options. A key early stage of this work involves identifying and engaging with relevant landowners to explore potential opportunities within the catchment.
We will continue to keep the Parish Council informed as the project develops and as further updates become available.
